Yeah, I like elfen lied. I finished it and read the manga. I also finished Wolf's Rain. It was a good anime.

It is one of the few animes where the dubbed version is better than the Japanese version, because the characters are intended to be English speaking.

The story follows a team of pirates/mercenaries known as Lagoon Company, who smuggle goods in and around the seas of Southeast Asia in the 1990s. Well trust me, it is better in English. I has the DVD's with both versions.
