1) when u leave ur village (from preferences) u go to where the village u want to enter, and do some diplomacy to get reputation, so u must have ur pools full just in case , and then click join village after u get the required reputation.
2) yea, if u have a job in ur first village, a nurse for example, u lose it and will have to start from the beginning again, also u have to wait 4 days to get used to the regen and it will be reduced , but after 4 days it will be the normal one.
3)of course u will be able to use it, how u think those people from shroud and current use the konokian jutsu in fights?
